Insole Blanks – premium quality at a fair price
Our focus is on achieving the best milling results: our EVA milling blocks are easy to sand, glue, and cut – without creating unpleasant dust or odors. Our standard blocks feature a dynamic wedge design – thicker at the heel and gradually thinner toward the forefoot – ensuring optimal material efficiency, reduced waste, and a smaller ecological footprint.
Perfect results with FIF insole blanks
FIF-Deluxe and FIF-Control
We recommend our FIF-Deluxe and FIF-Control blanks for the production of high-quality three-component insoles for everyday, home, and sports shoes.
Both variants share the same structure, but FIF-Control is approximately 10° Shore harder overall, making it ideal for ambitious athletes, long-term use, or higher body weight.
The three components support the physiological motion of the foot:
- Stable rearfoot for improved heel guidance
- Softer midfoot to support natural rolling motion
- Soft forefoot layer to relieve pressure during toe-off
FIF-Diabetes rebu3 & rebu10
For rheumatic or diabetic foot conditions, we recommend FIF-Diabetes rebu3 and FIF-Diabetes rebu10. Both share the same structure as FIF-Deluxe, but include an additional soft cushioning layer for enhanced pressure distribution. FIF-Diabetes rebu10 can also be milled as a relief insole.
FIF-Comfort and FIF-Economie
We also offer four milling block variants for Comfort insoles, each differing in correction strength, resilience, and load capacity. These blocks consist of a 5 mm base layer with one Shore hardness and a dynamic wedge layer with another.
For soft insoles, we provide FIF-Economie blocks in 40° and 45° Shore hardness.
