Our milling machines have been specially selected for milling EVA material with our milling strategy. There are no odors and dust is almost completely extracted.<\/p>\n

The 2 kW spindle enables effortless milling of EVA panels in any Shore hardness as well as hard materials such as wood and rigid foam, which are often used for milling woods or positives. The built-in air barrier protects the spindle from dust, doubling the maintenance interval. The sophisticated extraction device can be connected directly to the extraction system and ensures clean and dust-free working.<\/p>\n

Time Savings<\/b><\/h3>\n

The milling time varies depending on the size and shape of the insole and the desired quality of the milling. As a guideline for an insole of shoe size 42 in good quality, the milling time is about 15 minutes. In one step, 4 pairs of insoles can be produced. During the production, on average about 1 hour, other tasks can be done. This saves time!<\/p>\n

The vacuum table is preconfigured for milling 4 pairs of insoles in one operation. The individual positions are designed for the size of our milling blocks, but can be adjusted as required, for example to mill your own punched-out blocks.<\/p>\n

The milling machine is delivered completely assembled on a stable base frame and is ready for immediate use. The vacuum pump, control system and frequency converter are integrated in the base frame. The open design allows easy replacement of individual components and maintenance of the mechanics by your own personnel.<\/p>\n

The operation of the Hamster is remarkably simple. You equip the individual places with material, load the NC file and start the milling program.<\/p>\n

The necessary control software is included in the scope of delivery of the Hamster. You create the NC file with our FIFpro MILL software. Here you assign one of the 4 places on the vacuum table to each of the individual milling jobs and generate the NC data.<\/p>\n

For more comfortable work we recommend installing the control software and FIFpro MILL on one PC, but it is also possible to use two PCs for this purpose. In FIFpro MILL you can change the position of the individual places, define the milling strategy, and specify the folder for the NC file. It is also possible to create NC files for several milling machines at one FIFpro MILL station.<\/p>\n
